Description
Authority mapping is about studying the current responsibilities and deliverables of a senior leader and few levels below him/her. This intervention is done with an aim of reshuffling the responsibilities to reduce transactional areas from the leaders’ job roles and rightfully distributing the same to the levels below. It not only targets delegation of deliverables or responsibilities but creates an empowered workforce leaving more strategic time available to the leader.
